DESCRIPTION
The SC 15TW is a 1.5” dual or four nozzle automated tank cleaning machine constructed of 316 stainless steel and other highly corrosion resistant materials. It has a fixed to moving gear ratio of 47 to 49 allowing it to produce a homogenous 360deg pattern that is superior to that of any other rotating jet head in it’s class.
The SC 15TW is an integrated turbine class type of tank cleaning machine and employs an adjustable turbine and flow through gearbox. The adjustable turbine allows the rotation speed of the SC 15TW to be adjusted without the need of changing costly stators and/or gearing found in other similar cleaning devices.
SC 15TWGL
The SC 15TWGL is a standard SC 15TW with a grease lubricated gearbox. The gears are sealed away allowing the customer to use particle rich water without the risk of the machine jamming. These machines are often used in the paper industry, oil storage tanks and other applications where particles may be present.
SC 15TW 180 deg
The SC 15TW 180 is designed to be used in open top tanks. A simple yet very effective adaptation of the standard four nozzle machine, it has become a very welcomed alternative to competing machines. The 180 can be in a variety of tanks and processes, and can even be used in a 180 deg Up version.
