Dear Customers, Suppliers and Partners:
As lockdown and other restrictions are being lifted, we are also gradually resuming normal service. In the immediate term we are still seeking to minimise non-essential travel by offering video and phone calls and online presentations where possible, but we look forward to meeting you all again in person as soon as possible.
As far as we are aware, our shipping service providers are now operating at full capacity, but if you do have any concerns around shipping and delivery times, please feel free to contact us in advance to discuss.
Regarding the ongoing Coronavirus situation, we would like to provide this brief update. For the time being, Scanjet and the rest of the Scanjet Group are carrying on business as usual. We are taking appropriate measures and precautions to manage and prepare for developments according to official advice. To date our production and fulfilment are operating as normal, we are holding good levels of materials and finished stock, and our supply chain is functioning well. Should the situation change, we will provide further updates.
IMPORTANT: One proviso to this is that while parts of the cross-border travel and transport infrastructure continue to be delayed or closed, we cannot guarantee normal delivery times in all cases; should you have any questions regarding this, please contact us for the latest status prior to ordering.
