A decade may have passed since the birth of the iconic Bio 25 rotary jet head which forever changed the world of tank cleaning, but far from resting on its laurels this legend continues from strength to strength.

Pioneering in its design and engineering when first launched, the Bio 25 was the only rotary jet head (RJH) of its kind to have a self-cleaning capability whereby the entire outside of the machine including the downpipe was rinsed with each rotation of the unit, to pick just one of its many innovative features. It also offered extremely efficient cleaning action, resulting in much reduced water and detergent consumption as compared with the competitors — something that has become all the more important in this environmentally conscious age, as we all seek to reduce our use of water, energy and resources.

What wasn’t perhaps immediately obvious at the start, but has certainly become a hallmark of the Bio 25 in the intervening years, is its unparalleled track record of reliability and low maintenance requirements. Engineered from the ground up to be highly robust and dependable even in the most demanding conditions — thanks in large part to its patented gear mechanism, which among other benefits offers far greater tolerance of particles in the cleaning medium than is the case with competing products — the Bio 25 keeps not only your tanks clean but also your maintenance downtime to a minimum, resulting in probably the lowest total cost of ownership (TCO) of any comparable RJH anywhere.

The Bio 25 was originally designed for the brewery sector, which remains its ‘spiritual home’ to this day, but as testament to its versatility and excellent all-round performance it has gained a loyal following across many other sectors from food & beverage to pulp & paper, to fine chemicals and even oil & biofuel. In use on every continent bar Antarctica — we’re still working on that one… — by world’s leading manufacturers, and with an estimated ¼ million or more trouble-free operating hours clocked up, the Bio 25 has truly proven itself the gold standard in what comes to performance and reliability.

Join us* at this year’s BrauBeviale in Nuremberg, stand 9-229 (Hall 9), to help celebrate the Bio 25’s first ten years and toast the next ten to come — or just come and experience the charisma of a real-life legend of the tank cleaning world (autographs and group selfies available on request).  Looking forward to seeing you there!
